Solvia, real estate agency of the Sabadell bank, announced a campaign to sell the real estate on the Spanish coast and islands, the apartment prices starts at 22,500 euros.
“Why dream if you can buy” – is a presentation slogan of the promotional campaign, which runs until July 31, 2013. The aim of the campaign is to reduce to the assets of Catalan bank. The bank currently has about 20 thousand houses, flats, apartments, including tourist accommodation and residences for permanent residence.
In addition to reduced rates the bank offers additional discounts of 20-25% for those customers who would take a bank loan in the amount of 40-60% of the property value.
Among the Sabadell’s proposals it is possible to find accommodation on the Mediterranean coast in the region of Murcia for 22,500 euros in Castellon for 31,500 euros or 55,500 euros for Almeria.
