The real estate agency Servihabitat Gestión Inmobiliaria, engaged in the sale and management of real estate assets of a leading Spanish bank La Caixa, has turned into the largest holder of residential and commercial property in the country.
In the first half of the 2013 Servihabitat’s units was conducted operations on purchase, sale and lease of 27,703 housing units in the amount of € 2,335 million. Compared to the same period last year, the agency has doubled the number of real estate commercialized by its subsidiaries.
In addition to direct sales of property, Servihabitat active in the property rentals and lease with purchase option markets: for 6 months of this year, the staff of the Banking Department was signed 14,186 contracts with clients for rental property – whereas in the first of of last year, were signed only 4,614 contracts.
